Burpees are great!
What group fitness class are you looking in to?
At this stage I’m just looking to work my way through the classes offered at my gym, then branch out from there based on what I enjoy the most.
I tried Zumba yesterday and it was great, but there’s plenty more out there to try!
I fail in life at burpees.. I should probably at finally being able to do a few on my list, heh.
Great goals, and awesome job on completing the ones you have already!
What did you think of Crossfit? The gym I described in my post (thank you for liking it) is a similar format. I did not exaggerate…I really am a wreck today. I can hardly walk. I think I want to go back but I’m scared, too.
Haha, I researched a bit, but never actually participated in a session – far too chicken after everything I’ve seen online!
Keep up your hard work, though – they say the first step is the hardest after all! And you never know, I might finally get the guts to try something similar, too!
From one endorphin addict to another good job! I’ve been a bit sick this week and just dying to get to the gym and sweat! I’ve almost forgotten what it’s like to feel the burn!
You have accomplished a lot! Kudos to you!
I love your blog! You set challenging goals as well as smaller goals that lead you to those bigger goals! Congrats on all of your past, current and future successes!

An impressive list
Goal #3 is my favorite… going to have to add that to my goal list! Love your coffee mug where’d you find it? I think I need one! Good luck with your training!
Good luck with your goals
Amy, if you figure out a secret/solution to number.2, please please please share it with me!
Working out before work? Yeah, it’s a tough one – but I’m going to conquer it tomorrow! I think… Haha
Lol I always end up dreaming that I’m going to wake up early to go for a run before work… so I figure by the time I wake up, I’ve sorta gone for that run… mentally… so it kinda counts as a work out… right? lol

To track your food consumption try MyFitnessPal it’s an app if you have a smart phone and you can scan the barcodes of anything you eat. If you don’t have a smart phone you can do it online. Want a friend? My user name is BeSoil. I forget to log in as much as I should but maybe it will help you keep track of calories.
Sounds like a neat app – I’ll definitely check it out
Yay, somebody else who loves lists too! Thanks for following my blog!

What is a burpee? Lol
I asked the same question when I first heard of them, so I loed into them & then wrote about them here: http://peonut.com/2012/06/16/whats-a-burpee/
Race a tram uphill….that’s AWESOME. Iove the fun and creative goals.
Wow Awesome. I never think about publicizing my goals, I really don’t see a down side to doing it! I love yours. I definitely want to participate in a pole dancing class and try a couple crossfit classes as well. I’ll be coming back to see how you’re doing with them! ^_^
Amazing goals! I did Couch to 5k! Running is an amazing stress reliever. I ran my 1st half marathon just over a year after I started C25K. Keep up the good work!
