		<description><![CDATA[I definitely agree that identifying what the problem is especially when it comes to self-discipline is a best first step. Identifying the solution comes next. The stumbling block is usually the implementation... and oddly enough there is a school of thought that at the moment when you have the choice A) be virtuous or B) sin, thinking about the reasons for choosing A over B is BAD. People are creative, and chances are if you think hard enough you&#039;ll be able to justify doing B over A. So better not think about it, just remember that you thought about it before and you decided that A is worth it etc. And then quickly do A before your creative side kicks in. 

Does it work? Yes if you have enough self-control not to start thinking and get creative when having to make a choice... So yes, it&#039;s a bit of a circular argument...]]></description>
