After a week of almost no physical activity (again with the long hours, etc) I feel… Crap. Nothing like I did when I was buzzing with pride and energy at my efforts. I was developing a new habit that I was proud of.
For a hundred and one different reasons, I’ve lost my oomph. I can see why I’ve ended up here but it’s going to change. Now. And the only way to get my oomph back is to run out there like a crazed maniac and steal the oomph-team’s flag. Or, for the more civilized of you readers, ‘fake it ’til you make it‘.
And as a
sucker for punishment lover of challenges, I’ve set yet another goal – I’m going to do the 200 squats programme. A little like the Couch to 5k programme (which I haven’t given up on!), it’s a series of weekly targets aimed at getting you to the stage of being able to complete 200 consecutive squats.
Also, it’s a positive step towards a fantastic arse!
So, is anyone keen to join me as I tackle the challenge? Go on, you know you want to!
