The weekend flew by without a “Week Three” summary post – why? Because Saturday wasn’t spent anywhere near the treadmill. Or outside, at all.
Instead, Week Three wrapped up yesterday with little pomp and fanfare. Very little fuss. Kind of the opposite to how it started. Except perhaps more oxygen.
Week Four started today. It was very… sweaty.
And, unexpectedly, the step up into Week Four wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. 3 runs in a session: 4 minutes, 6 minutes, 4 minutes, with walks in between.
It felt good! I left the gym high as a kite! And very red. But high!
Endorphins! I love ye!
(Almost as much as chocolate)
